You must register to vote 30 days before participating in any election. To register, download the Voter Registration Application, fill it out completely and mail it to the Circuit Clerk’s Office with a copy of your ID. The address is:

If you would prefer to register in person, you may visit the Circuit Clerk’s Office or municipal clerk’s office. Additionally, you can register to vote when applying or renewing your driver’s license.
Once you have registered, you should receive your Voter Registration Card in the mail. You are not officially registered until you have your card in your possession. You must update your voter registration any time you change addresses.
